Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Incorrect order received: If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-receipt of order: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please get in touch so we can investigate.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

Custom-made or personalised light boxes

Items made to specific customer requests (e.g., logo designs, children's sketches)

Change of mind after production has started
However, if there is an issue with the quality of the product, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve it.
3. How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond within 48 hours.
4. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If a replacement is requested instead, we will arrange for a new item to be sent at no extra cost.
5. Returns

In cases where we request a return, the item must be sent back in its original packaging.

We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

If a return is required for any other reason, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
