4.2 We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, but we are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., postal strikes, courier issues).
4.3 Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, and shipping times vary depending on location.
4.4 If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

5.1 Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5.2 If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
5.3 Refunds will only be processed once the faulty item has been returned to us in its original condition.
